I am for, and against legalizing weed. I'm for it because people won't be charged for it or under possession of sale. I'm against because you never know the outcome, If weed becomes legal a lot of drug dealers are going to go out of business. But if the Government increases the prices, then drug dealers will be back into business. They will give more product for a less price. I think weed is different from other drugs. People are mostly still in their right state of mind when they smoke weed. Other drugs,people get strung out and addicted then they need more.

I'm against because weed is still weed. Now medical reasons are different; it might really help with someone who has cancer. Now the other reason of weed is that it's still no excuse to do drugs. It can kill people. People or dealers, might turn to stealing. Or lowering prices to compete with their work. It's different because other weed might be for health reasons. And other weeds will kill when you smoke to much, and Mary Jane is not the best drug it still can kill. Dealers should go to jail for selling drugs cause sometimes they put things into drugs. They can kill because they were too high to know what they were doing.

I think that they shouldn't legalize marijuana because it's gonna cause a lot of problems. Like when they start having it on farms there's gonna be getting robbed then the crime rate is gonna go up...And I really don't think there gonna make a lot of money because it's too different types of weed the stores gonna have bammer and the hood is gonna have purple and the stores might have tax and the hood have jug...The older people are gonna buy store weed and the young folks are gonna buy from the local...I think if that if they sale weed illegally their gonna go to selling crack or heroin of it becomes legal...I think weed is different in a way, but it's all the same because its an addiction and if cigarette are legal they should make it illegal and make the herb legal... And i think people are gonna go broke and the state is gonna have the money while the people are struggling for their addiction then it's gonna be no point of legalizing it because people are gonna want to save money...

I think that legalizing marijuana is good and also bad at the same time. Everyone has different opinions to the matter and feel that there's is the best decision. If you're going to legalize it take the right steps that will actually help our future, and if you don't just know you're not helping the problem you're adding to it and not fixing it.
Legalizing marijuana will help you and also break you depending on how you handle it. I think that legalizing it will not only bring in more money, it will also help bring drug dealers of of the street. This is gonna help get our kids back in school also cause they wont have that dream of becoming a drug dealer because they don't have too. There will also be more money for education and less teachers loosing there jobs due to budget cuts.
Legalizing marijuana also has some con's to it like not everyone will actually be eligible for it, so the people that might actually need it won't be able to get it because they don't qualify exactly. Like you'll have to get a medical marijuana thing, and if you don't have one then you can't get weed. This is bad because if there are kids getting cards they'll probably cut it, because they might think they're getting it to get high where as they really do need it. Also if the prices are too high then this will allow the drug dealers back onto the streets, because they will sell it for a much lower price and you will get more for your money.
So legalizing it is good and bad just take the right steps while doing it. So I'm still a little conflicted but these are just some of my opinions on this issue.
